Something that is wired is defined as being reinforced, supported or tied together by flexible metal filaments, sometimes used as a conductor of electricity. Being wired is to be very stimulated or excited. A device or person that is wired is connected, either virtually or physically, to a larger whole.

These aspects are conveyed in an exciting art show of works that speak to the theme of “Wired”.
The "Wired" exhibition features elements of collage and assemblage in both 2-D and 3-D works of art. The diverse base of artists exhibiting in this show will integrate a creative cross section of talent and blend together in a unique and exciting display of some of this organization’s most talented artists.

Collage Artists of America continues to exhibit high quality shows with works selected by a juror from submitted works by collage and assemblage artists from Santa Monica, Los Angeles, and the San Fernando Valley. The juror for “Wired” is Anne Hromadka, co-curator at the Shulamit Gallery in Venice CA.
